Scott H. Taylor, of Kingston, NH, died unexpectedly on June 29, 2009 in his home at the age of 61. He was born September 6, 1947 in Pawtucket, RI, son of the late John Hobson Taylor and Emma Hewes (Brown) Taylor.
Scott spent most of his life residing in Wellesley, MA prior to moving to Kingston. He worked in sales and marketing for many years prior to his retirement.
In his free time, Scott enjoyed wood working, fishing, discussing politics and spending time with friends and family. His many friends will remember him for his generosity, loyalty and sense of humor.
He was pre deceased by his wife, Judith G. (Greiner) Taylor.
Mr. Taylor is survived by his three sons and their spouses, Michael Taylor and Sarah Sarkis of Waltham, MA, Jonathan and Colleen Taylor of Weymouth, MA, and Geoffrey Taylor of Millerton, NY; two grandchildren, Luke Taylor of Waltham, MA and Jackson Taylor of Weymouth, MA; one sister, Elise Taylor, several nieces and nephews, and his fiancée, Lorna DeVries of Kingston, NH.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, July 11th, 2009 from 12:00-4:00 PM at 51 Exeter Rd., Kingston, NH 03848.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the American Heart Association, 2 Wall St., Manchester, NH 03101 or the NH Art Farms, 51 Exeter Rd., Kingston, NH 03848.

We are a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization that is a supportive creative inclusive environment for the physically challenged, their caregivers and anybody else who has an interest in the fiber arts as well as painting, printmaking and much more. We are an inclusive studio with classes for everyone, We welcome physically challenged beginners along with their caregivers and everybody else to try SAORI improvisational weaving - where you do what a machine can't or any of our other workshops or classes. We are located on Rt 111 jn Kingston, NH .

New Hampshire Art Farms works to provide a peer supported environment for those with Parkinson's, PSP, MS, ALS any other challenging disorders and their care givers, if any. Our classes are for everyone, but we are equipped with special looms for those in wheelchairs or anyone who needs to weave one-handed. We offer accommodations on spinning wheels also-electric, hand or foot controls. We want you to be comfortable in this enviroment-so that you are willing to try new things and challenge yourself- if that means working outside of regular hours- we will do that-no problemo and no cost.

We are a non profit 501 c3. ( thank you M. K. at the IRS for the help!) located on Rt 111 in Kingston, NH at Black Dog Berry Farm. One mil off of rt 125on the righthand side, a large green farm house.

We recognize small farms, businesses and individuals, that work to enrich the community by support of the visual and fiber arts through production of materials and/or services utilized by artists and craftsman. Nominations are welcomed.

Currently we offer - Saori weaving,Traditional multiharness weaving, spinning, silk paper and vessel making, oil painting group and basket weaving.

In the Fall we will be adding basic beading techniques. water color,mixed media, shibori dying, paper mache, silk painting and who knows what else. If you are a teacher / expert in an area of art -come talk to us.
